FRAGRANCE FILM - UNMASQUE

The Seasons (1).png

Overview

UNMASQUE is a conceptual fragrance film created for JW Anderson, developed as a group project exploring identity, self-expression, and the freedom to exist without labels.

The campaign centres on the idea of removing metaphorical ‘masks’ - encouraging individuals to embrace who they truly are, regardless of societal expectations. Rooted in JW Anderson’s boundary-breaking, gender-fluid design ethos, the film blends raw emotion with bold visuals to challenge the conventions of fragrance advertising.

This project pushed me creatively and personally, taking me out of my comfort zone in both production and presentation. Presenting our concept to a full lecture theatre was a daunting but hugely rewarding experience. I’m incredibly proud of the final outcome and the way we captured the essence of authenticity, fluidity, and the power of self-expression through moving image.
